Since we are unable to meet for in-person worship this Advent season, I am sending weekly emails containing the coming Sunday’s scriptures, with a brief overview and reflection.  The purpose is simply to help those who attend worship via live-streaming to have an opportunity to read, pray, and reflect on the scriptures as you all prepare to “attend worship.”  Having a little background in the scriptures, will hopefully help worshipers to engage more fully in the service and especially the morning message.
